This project introduces new residential buildings within the Saltiv massiv, featuring a core element in the form of a stairwell. This innovative design allows for increased apartment density per floor, resulting in improved efficiency for the reconstruction project while optimizing the parameters of the apartments and overall living space.

For existing buildings, the project proposes improvements to the layout of old apartments through thoughtful re-planning. This ensures a more functional and contemporary living experience for residents. In the newly constructed portion, the apartments will be built with modern layouts while maintaining the same optimal parameters as the existing units.
